Has anyone ever used L'Oreal Casting Crème Gloss removing copper?

I dyed my hair blonde and I wanted to achieve a cool shade but it became very orange. I went to the hairdresser and she did not repair it, in fact it is worse. I also tried blue shampoos but they did not work. Has anyone tried to use L'Oreal Casting Crème Gloss (blonde in pearls and blond clear) to fix this?

There is no way you will get rid of the orange by putting something on it. You need to clarify enough hair in the first place. Everyone knows that you can not get with blonde hair dye! To dye the means to make darker. You used the wrong product completely! If you are not willing to do the job properly, then do not even start. You keep it worse by making error after error. There is only one way to get the color you want, and it's very simple. You are not going to get using these products. Seek the advice of a professional colorist, and have done as it should. It turns out to be much cheaper, and looks a heck of a lot better.
